Letters of Recommendation
To Whom It May Concern:
Please consider this my personal recommendation for Bill Taylor. For much of the past two years Bill has worked in a managerial position at MWC (Moisture Warranty Corporation.) During this time I found him to be consistently pleasant, industrious, and infectiously upbeat. He tackled all assignments, no matter the degree of difficulty, with dedication
and diligence. He never balked at working long hours, or at traveling, sometimes at a moment’s notice, to make a presentation or conduct a training session.
Bill’s style as a manager was distinguished by positivity and a keen sense of the company as a cohesive unit. He managed to foster an atmosphere of teamwork at MWC – a general feeling of community – that had been missing before his arrival. He constantly tried to motivate us all, without undue pressure or bullying tactics. He was able to immerse himself into a business requiring technical knowledge as well as the ability to sell a specialized product and to appease customers who were often very demanding.
Bill was invaluable in developing marketing campaigns to spread the word about our warranty and increase sales (a warranty is not always an easy thing to sell.) His direct mail campaigns using customized and creative postcards and letters were instrumental in maintaining a healthy sales flow. On his watch, we saw profits expand and morale improve exponentially. This last point is key. It is impossible to overestimate the role he played in keeping spirits high at MWC. There was never a moment when he refused to hear an idea, a concern, or a complaint from an employee. He always made time to sit down with any or all of us, and then not just to hear, but to listen. To me this is an essential (and all-too-rare) quality in a manager.
Without reservation, I highly recommend Bill Taylor for employment. He is a man of staunch character, a model of organization, a motivator, and he will be an asset to any organization fortunate enough to hire him.
Sincerely,
Tim McLain

Regarding William Taylor (Bill)
Bill came to our company a couple of years ago to get our commercial warranty business up and running as well as our real estate business needing his expertise to get going. He was also assigned the position of reorganizing our Residential Warranty and Roof Warranty Companies to make them more prosperous and functional. The whole process was in desperate need of an overhaul. As his Executive assistant I had the privilege of helping him in his new challenge. It was definitely a challenge that he was able to tackle. In a few months time he had downsized in areas that we needed to. Cut costs in numerous areas such as ordering of materials and overstaffing and had the sales team using their time more wisely. Weekly motivational and accountability meetings got everyone on track to a more profitable company. Our sale doubled as a result of this and our Company finances were freed up to market in areas we hadn’t before.
Bill is a highly motivated person that doesn’t give up easily. He put in long hours and even traveled to train and update our inspectors so that they would be able to do their jobs to specification and give Moisture Warranty what we need in our reporting to better evaluate a home’s condition. This had never been done before and definitely helped us. He stayed in contact with these inspectors constantly building up a relationship with them so that they knew we were behind them motivating them to give us what we need to sell Warranties.
I myself learned a lot of new things that moved me to a different level in my job skills. How he handles people for one. I learned that everyone has different strengths and weaknesses that have to be evaluated and growth starts when we realize what those attributes are. I also learned how to budget more closely as well as use the resources we have. Most of all I gained a boss that I could let him know exactly what was going on with me or any situation that came up and he would advise me in a manner that taught me how to move to a different maturity in my job and personal life. There aren’t many bosses that take the time to hear what everyone has to say and listen to their opinions encouraging us to keep on having goals and ideas.
Organization is how Bill is able to do so many things and not let anything fall through the cracks. He is a huge asset to Moisture Warranty and his tactics will be used for years to come. Any company that hires him will be getting an A++ employee that gives 120% every day.

To Whom It May Concern:
This is my personal recommendation of Bill Taylor. I reported to Bill during his employment at Moisture Warranty Corporation for the majority of the past two years.
Bill was a tremendous asset to our company in many ways. He spawned a company culture that focused on treating everyone with respect. Bill made certain that all had the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, no matter what position they held. His positive attitude and can-do spirit were infectious. He led by example, working long hours and helping anyone who asked for a hand. He stressed the importance of thinking through a situation before making a conclusion and that the most basic sales skills; organization and communication are vital to success.
In addition to vastly improving the company culture, Bill was instrumental in developing various sales programs and processes that resulted in record sales numbers. He was able to identify major opportunities that had been previously overlooked or dismissed as non-viable and turn them into additional revenue for the company. If an obstacle came in the way of a goal, he would persist until the desired result was achieved. What makes his tenacity so special is his ability to persevere without compromising his personal or professional values. He stressed the importance of the most basic sales skills; organization and communication are vital to success.
Any company that seeks an individual with the rare ability to run a profitable company while creating a positive work environment need look no further than Bill Taylor.
