I'm a dedicated professional with a consuming passion for business. I enjoy quality time with my loving family and constantly strive to positively impact people at every level of our organization.

My primary professional enjoyment is developing businesses, products and services to meet and exceed clients aspirations. I excel in building professional business to business relationships by uncovering the clients objectives, developing appropriate solutions and exceeding the clients expectations.

Over the years I've been extremely fortunate to gain  significant experience by working with B2B and B2C businesses. This has taught me various stratergies to apply in marketing to these clients distinct aspirations. 

I truly enjoy working with committed talented people and believe in the fundamental principles from the book "Good to Great" written by John Collins.  My motivational management style is based upon some basic principles;

  • Treat everyone with the utmost respect

With my continual desire to learn, I'm always deciphering why companies fail & some succeed.  Managers need to set their employees up for success and place a strong emphasis on communication.  The importance of bilateral communication is extremely under estimated.

For 2 years, I had the opportunity to be trained and coached by a renowned sales / business coach. This experience has helped me implement new tactics to directly impact the profitability of each companies I've managed. I thoroughly enjoy sharing this knowledge and my experience with my colleagues to help them reach their personal and professional goals.

For the past few years, I've helped start three (3) distinct businesses and this year developed a network of over 200 (and growing) independent home inspectors & business owners who we've trained and sell our products.

We manufactured a large aray of high- end technology (laser imager, material handling automation, software & consumable products).   I was responsible for sales and operations for the US facility and accountable for $25M  in sales and supported our European headquarters which employs 800 people worldwide. With global sales of $140M /year we had manufacturing centers in USA, India, Estonia, Switzerland & China and sales offices around the world.

Continual Learning: I believe that everyone should make a point to learn something  new everyday. My discipline is to listen to a set of podcasts daily. This is a wonderful way to start the day.
